1) Indicate below if you want the FORMAL or CREATIVE Personal Story Questionnaire (can't apply for both at same time).

2) Fill out the Basic Information and SUBMIT.

3) After you receive the Story Questionnaire fill it out and email to: catering2us@gmail.com.
4) Trayce schedules follow-up half hour Phone Consultation To:
- Clarify your background Information
- Further define how you want to use your Story Write-Up
- For you to express directly how you see yourself and your
story

5) At end of phone conversation if both parties want to proceed
1st Half Of Payment ($25) to be sent.
​
6) Within TWO WEEKS you will receive the 1st Draft of Your Story
Write-Up. If you'd want to receive the Final Version, you'll email
any last thoughts / corrections and send the 2nd Half Of
Payment ($25).
​
7) Within ONE WEEK you will receive your One Page Story Write-Up.
​
NOTE: The Write-Up is meant to give your Story a solid structure and engaging details. I recommend you add your own tweaks and word changes to make your Story more and more reflect YOU !
