We’ve become such ravenous consumers of professionally produced, mind-blowing or hilarious storytelling, that we no longer value our own storytelling about our seemingly ordinary lives.

the pandemic is ‘Viewing TV Shows and Films’,
with 70% of the people surveyed doing it.

Even though tracing your ancestry has become a popular hobby, many of us don't know much about our own family history -- that’s not going back generations – that’s about the family you’re currently in: kids, parents, siblings, relatives, and partners.
Each day we each experience a range of new little situations that seep inside and ripple in strange ways (sometimes good ways), altering how we'll think and act tomorrow. Yet we barely stop to mull over these situations, much less share a vivid telling of our daily lives with the people closest who supposedly know us. Part of that is because we don’t see the importance of our own stories. Part of that is that we don’t know how to tell what we experienced in a coherent way; we don’t want to bore you (or ourselves).
The Story Sharing Game lessons will help you become a vivid StoryTeller. Every time you play the Game you’ll create 'mini-bite' stories out of seemingly random situations from your life. If you audio record and preserve the stories, in the future you can turn them into written stories and self-published booklets or (if someone likes to create illustrations) comics !
